The menu includes a range of course sizes along with classic cheeses and meats artfully plated to order. Executive Chef, and native Texan, Jacob Weaver, directs Mulberry's kitchen with a menu that features innovative cuisine in a manner that complements the local style of the neighborhood. Jacob recently went to New York City for several weeks so he could cook at Gramercy Tavern and to Brooklyn to cook at Diner, Marlow & Sons and Marlow & Daughters.
